1.You should start protecting your Nubuck leather item as soon as possible after purchasing it. This can be done quickly and easily with an industrial quality waterproofing and stain-resistant spray, which should be available from all good leather goods stores. By applying two or three coats of a quality spray, and topping this up twice per year, you’ll be off to the best possible start. 2.The best approach to cleaning Nubuck leather is with a specially made Nubuck cloth. By rubbing your leather item with a Nubuck cloth in circular motions, you should be able to keep it looking fresh and new without too much issue. 3.For more intensive cleaning and refreshment, you need to use a special Nubuck brush. They should also be used in a circular motion. However, make sure you don’t brush your Nubuck item too much – over-vigorous brushing could end up wearing away the surface of the leather and causing damage.

5. Do not use leather conditioners or creams on nubuck leather. 6. Do not use shoe polish, saddle soap or unidentified leather cleaners, pastes or abrasives. 7.If spot cleaning is required, make a dilute solution of pure soap flakes and use a damp cloth to apply solution to area. 8. Wipe cleaned area with a clean damp cloth to remove residual detergent. Do not wet excessively. 9.The nubuck finish will become smooth in areas of high use, such as arms and corners of furniture. This is a normal characteristic of the product.

PRICES: All prices are subject to change without prior notice, and all merchandise will be billed at the
prices prevailing at the time of purchase of product in accordance to Brand policies.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Brandman sole and exclusive obligation and remedy under the warranty
Described in the preceding paragraph and buyer’s exclusive remedy is limited to the repair or
replacement against any defective product. In no event Brandman/Brand will be liable for any
special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, whether arising in contract, in tort under
warranty or otherwise, including but not limited to loss of anticipated profits and injury to person or
property.

EXCHANGE POLICY AND LIMITED WARRANTY

Brandman warrants that its products available for purchase are free from defects in workmanship
and materials. However, if you want to exchange the product, The below conditions must meet:

• 
  Exchange can happen within 15 days of purchase from exclusive store under Brandman only.
  if the merchandise is in a Unused & Saleable condition with all Original Tags, intact packing
  and with original Sales receipt.
• Exchange can happen only at the store from where the product was originally bought.
• Merchandise bought during End of season sale (EOSS), on offers or promotions cannot be
  exchanged.
• For exchange/replaced product, the date of purchase of the first sale will be considered
  while calculating the warranty period.
• Exchange will be offered for same purchase value or more only. In case the value of replaced
  product is more, then buyer must pay the differential amount.
• We have NO REFUND policy.
• The product must be used for the purpose it has been designed and determined by Brand or
  failure to follow care instructions and if inappropriately used, product will not be considered
  for exchange.
• If the product is subjected to harsh treatment or comes in the contact with rough, sharp,
  abrasive, acidic material which can be damage the product, it will not qualify for exchange.
• All Footwear carries a warranty period of 90 days and Apparels 30 days from the date of
  Purchase and covers only Manufacturing defects (stitches, lint, pasting and tearing issues).
• The decision of the company whether the Claim is Approved or not is binding on the
  customer.
• All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Courts in Delhi only.
• Brandman reserves the right to make any amendments to his policy.
