Designed with the refined style often seen in Penny Loafer shoes for men, the Somerset offers a versatile look that pairs well with both casual and dress outfits. This modern interpretation of a classic Penny Loafer brings timeless appeal together with Rockport’s signature comfort technology.

1. They can generally be cleaned by rubbing them with a damp, lint-free cloth or a specialist suede brush. It's best to do this in straight motions but in different directions, as this will help remove dirt without pushing it deeper into the fibres.
2. The moisture from the damp cloth might temporarily darken the colour of the suede, but this should air-dry; while suede shoes aren’t waterproof, a damp cloth shouldn’t be enough to leave any visible marks.
3. If there are tough stains you’re struggling to remove or if you want to thoroughly clean the leather, a suede leather cleanser is a more powerful option. Ensure it’s intended for suede specifically to avoid doing damage and test the product on a small area first.
4. For a truly thorough clean, take your suede shoes to be professionally cleaned by a leather-cleaning expert.
5. For small scratches, rub your finger over it to try and buff it out. For slightly deeper scratches, you may need to apply some suede conditioner to the scratch and the surrounding area, then buff it out.
6. If that doesn’t work, take a suede brush and gently brush the leather fibres. This might adjust the fibres enough to cover the scratch and make it less visible. If the scratch is very big or deep, you may need to try a leather filler kit, or ideally take your suede shoes to a leather expert for them to work their magic.
7. As well as regularly cleaning and treating your suede shoes, how you store them is also important. They should be kept out of direct sunlight to prevent the colour from fading, and they should also be kept away from heat, such as radiators.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Brandman sole and exclusive obligation and remedy under the warranty
Described in the preceding paragraph and buyer’s exclusive remedy is limited to the repair or
replacement against any defective product. In no event Brandman/Brand will be liable for any
special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, whether arising in contract, in tort under
warranty or otherwise, including but not limited to loss of anticipated profits and injury to person or
property.

EXCHANGE POLICY AND LIMITED WARRANTY


Brandman warrants that its products available for purchase are free from defects in workmanship
and materials. However, if you want to exchange the product, The below conditions must meet:


  • Exchange can happen within 15 days of purchase from exclusive store under Brandman only.
    if the merchandise is in a Unused & Saleable condition with all Original Tags, intact packing
    and with original Sales receipt.
  • Exchange can happen only at the store from where the product was originally bought.
  • Merchandise bought during End of season sale (EOSS), on offers or promotions cannot be
    exchanged.
  • For exchange/replaced product, the date of purchase of the first sale will be considered
    while calculating the warranty period.
  • Exchange will be offered for same purchase value or more only. In case the value of replaced
    product is more, then buyer must pay the differential amount.
  • We have NO REFUND policy.
  • The product must be used for the purpose it has been designed and determined by Brand or
    failure to follow care instructions and if inappropriately used, product will not be considered
    for exchange.
  • If the product is subjected to harsh treatment or comes in the contact with rough, sharp,
    abrasive, acidic material which can be damage the product, it will not qualify for exchange.
  • All Footwear carries a warranty period of 90 days and Apparels 30 days from the date of
    Purchase and covers only Manufacturing defects (stitches, lint, pasting and tearing issues).
  • The decision of the company whether the Claim is Approved or not is binding on the
    customer.
  • All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Courts in Delhi only.
  • Brandman reserves the right to make any amendments to his policy.
