Return & Exchange Policy

At Rockport, we strive to ensure a seamless and satisfactory shopping experience. 

Following are the shipping terms:

All orders are dispatched within 48 hours after getting placed. However, please expect slight delays during festival 7 public holidays. 

Delivery time will vary as per the location.

Free shipping on all orders.

Order will get delivered within minimum 2 days to maximum 10 days as per delivery location from the date of dispatch.


While all sales are considered final, we do offer assistance in the form of size exchanges or a gift card should your preferred size be unavailable.


Refunds are only processed in the following events:

Incorrect or damaged item being delivered.

Wrong Size being delivered.

Color mismatch. However, it is to be noted that since Rockport shoes are all made up of genuine leather as a result of which there may be variations and unique characteristics that are natural to leather and shall not be considered as a defect or color mismatch.

For all other return requests, a gift card redeemable on our website will be issued. Gift Cards cannot be refunded in any scenario.


Please note that returns are not applicable on Discounted/SALE items. We recommend referring to our size guide prior to placing an order to ensure the best fit.

• Exchange or Returns:

If you need to initiate a return or exchange, please do so within 15 days of receiving your product. You can start this process by reaching out to us at support.rockport.com

Please return items in the same condition you received them: unused and with all tags intact. Include the original carton and product box to ensure the return process goes smoothly.

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, which typically takes 4-5 days, we will issue a gift card, credit, or exchange as appropriate to meet your needs.

In the unfortunate event of incorrectly shipped, damaged or missing items, we will duly provide a refund.

Cancellation by Rockport

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and, unfortunately, must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you promptly if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back into your card account.
